據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)決定減少對(duì)導(dǎo)致全球暖化公司的投資，包括大型礦業(yè)公司。然而，投資將轉(zhuǎn)向可能危害人體健康的公司：酒、軟飲料和煙草生產(chǎn)商。
據(jù)報(bào)道，悉尼大學(xué)在教育機(jī)構(gòu)里擁有最大的投資額，達(dá)14億澳元。近期悉尼大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)向投資世界最大的煙草公司之一的British American煙草公司、啤酒業(yè)巨頭SAB Miller、墨西哥可口可樂(lè)和Powerade能量飲料罐裝公司FEMSA。
悉尼大學(xué)在今年上半年對(duì)這幾家公司投資近200萬(wàn)澳元，并將在跨國(guó)啤酒和烈酒公司投資350萬(wàn)澳元，其中包括Johnnie Walker品牌的持有者Diageo公司。

A decision by Sydney University to reduce investments in companies it believes contribute to global warming, including big mining companies, has driven it to stocks that may hurt human health: alcohol, softdrink and tobacco producers.
The university's $1.4 billion portfolio, the largest of any educational body in Australia, has recently invested in British American Tobacco, one of the world's biggest cigarette companies, beer giant SAB Miller, and FEMSA, a big Mexican Coca-Cola and Powerade bottler.
