食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)英國(guó)食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局消息,4月18日英國(guó)食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局公布了一系列零售食品中丙烯酰胺與呋喃含量水平的中期報(bào)告。
本次調(diào)查涉及300個(gè)樣本,采自2011年11月與2012年12月,對(duì)294個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行了丙烯酰胺含量測(cè)定,以及113個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行了呋喃含量的測(cè)定。檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),樣本中兩種物質(zhì)的含量不會(huì)增加消費(fèi)者的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Based on samples taken from 300 products collected between November 2011 to December 2012, the survey gives a snapshot of the range of acrylamide and furan levels in UK retail foods.
The levels of acrylamide and furan reported do not increase concern about the risk to human health and the Agency has not changed its advice to consumers.
As with previous years, the survey results for acrylamide and furan will be sent to EFSA for collation, trend analysis and, in the case of furan, a risk assessment.
