展覽會(huì)概況：
中國(guó)烘焙展覽會(huì)已成功舉辦了十屆，目前是國(guó)內(nèi)最具規(guī)模、最上檔次的烘焙展，是國(guó)內(nèi)第一時(shí)間的烘焙大展。是為烘焙企業(yè)搭建的國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易的大平臺(tái)，是國(guó)內(nèi)外信息、技術(shù)交流的窗口。
中國(guó)烘焙展覽會(huì)的前身為“全國(guó)烘焙業(yè)原輔料及設(shè)備展示會(huì)暨中國(guó)國(guó)際烘焙甜品食西餐材料及設(shè)備展覽會(huì)”于第九屆更改了名字，同時(shí)制作了中英文的LOGO；并固定時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，每年的5月12日-14日在廣州琶州展館舉行。這標(biāo)志著中國(guó)烘焙展是國(guó)內(nèi)最具品牌化的專業(yè)展覽會(huì)。
2006第十屆中國(guó)烘焙展在亞洲最大、最現(xiàn)代的中國(guó)出口商品交易會(huì)琶洲展館舉行。展覽面積3.5萬(wàn)平方米，540多家國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)參展，來(lái)自62個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)6萬(wàn)人次的專業(yè)觀眾。
展會(huì)使用了觀眾電子登記系統(tǒng)，使觀眾在入門、登記等方面有序化，方便展后數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)及更進(jìn)服務(wù)。展會(huì)還推出了展覽會(huì)的電子名片——數(shù)據(jù)光盤會(huì)刊，提高了展覽會(huì)的信息化程度，方便了參展商和觀眾的企業(yè)查詢及信息交流。展會(huì)落幕了，但是交易是永恒的。
烘焙公會(huì)立足長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)，使展覽會(huì)向規(guī)模化、高檔次方向發(fā)展。展會(huì)的硬件設(shè)施、服務(wù)、宣傳、活動(dòng)組織的成本不斷增加，但是展位價(jià)格不增加。中國(guó)烘焙展用效益來(lái)?yè)Q取高質(zhì)量檔次，同期開(kāi)展的配套服務(wù)及活動(dòng)也提高了展會(huì)的附加值，使廣大參展（觀）商滿載而歸。
展館設(shè)施硬件條件在世界上屬于一流。展館的交通、餐飲方面已非常方便。中國(guó)烘焙展在國(guó)內(nèi)食品類展會(huì)首次提出按產(chǎn)品類別劃分展覽區(qū)域?yàn)樵O(shè)備器具區(qū)、原輔料添加劑、包裝區(qū)及綜合展區(qū)，邁出了與國(guó)際接軌的步伐。
Brief introduction of China Bakery Exhibition
China Bakery Exhibition has been held successfully for ten years which is proved to be one of the biggest in scale and highest lever in bakery exhibition. Aimed to provide an opportunity of exchange, promotion and cooperation, this fair can build a big flat floor for bakery enterprises between domestic and foreign trades .
China Bakery Exhibition was named as China international Bakery Equipment, Supplies and ingredients Exposition and then changed its name from the ninth. From now on ,it is held at the same time and place every year ,which indicates China Bakery Exhibition is of the most professional in domestic bakery fairs .
10th China Bakery Exhibition 2006 has been held at Guangzhou International exhibition center which is the biggest in Asia and second in the world. With a total area of 35000sq.m, it has attracted 540 exhibitors together with 60000 trade visitors from 62 countries and regions. In order to statistic and after-fair service, we have used Visitor Electronic Registration System. We also fetched Electronic name CARD-Data CD Proceedings aiming to improve information level, easier checking and communicating for exhibitors and visitors.
In order to scale and enhance our fair to a high-level ,All-China Bakery Exhibition would like to exchange their benefits with your high-quality so that vast exhibitors and visitors can come back with fruitful results.
The facilities of Guangzhou International Convention and exhibition Center are most advanced in the world .The transportation and dinning are also very convenient there .in china, Interbake China 2006 first put forward to pide products in different halls according to classification as follows :Bakery Equipment and Machinery Hall, Packing and others Hall. And Interbake China is being to international standards.
第十一屆展覽計(jì)劃：
2007年第十一屆中國(guó)烘焙展覽會(huì)展覽面積將達(dá)4萬(wàn)平方米，參展商600家。按產(chǎn)品類別劃分展覽區(qū)域，分別是設(shè)備器具區(qū)、原輔材料區(qū)、月餅（餡料、包裝）區(qū)。將邀請(qǐng)專業(yè)人士10萬(wàn)人，邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)烘焙業(yè)的大部分經(jīng)銷商和食品廠客戶，組織港、澳、臺(tái)、歐美、東南亞地區(qū)專業(yè)采購(gòu)團(tuán)。組織海外60個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的專業(yè)觀眾。展會(huì)同期將舉辦一系列配套活動(dòng)，世界杯面包大賽樂(lè)斯福杯亞洲區(qū)選拔賽，齊聚亞洲優(yōu)秀選手同臺(tái)競(jìng)技，屆時(shí)有來(lái)自世界各地的裁判和專家到場(chǎng)，以及一系列的賽事、評(píng)比、精品展覽等相關(guān)活動(dòng)。
Planning for 11th CBE 2007
Interbake China 2007 will be extended to 40000sq.m.till then it will attract more than 600 exhibitors .According to the classification of exhibition zones ,it will be pided into Raw Accessories Materials and Machinery ,Packing ,At the same time .we will invite over 100000 professional trade visitor as well as visitor teams from HongKong ,Taiwan .Macau .Europe, American, South-east Asia, etc. a majority of whom are international dealers and clients from food factories in baking industry .Many related activities will also be provided including contests ,shows etc .during this pageant .

1、填寫參展申請(qǐng)表郵寄或傳真至組委會(huì)單位；
2、參展商應(yīng)在申請(qǐng)展位后一周內(nèi)將參展費(fèi)用{50%（預(yù)付款）或全款電匯或交至組委會(huì)，余款應(yīng)在2007年4月30日前付清，我們將在收到全部參展費(fèi)用后開(kāi)具發(fā)票。
